Rose: I love nature. Every since I was really little I've enjoyed animals and going for walks, which has inspired me a lot. Most of the things we eat today are really bad for us. I often wonder why more and more people are being diagnosed with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. Studies have shown that it may have to do with how we eat. So, my family and I have decided to take on a challange this summer. We aren't limiting ourselves to food within 100 miles of our home, but we are comitting to one 100 mile meal a day, as well as trying to eat as much local food as possible
